# WLabs Killer

WLabs Killer is a randomized horror encounter for FiveM. One player receives an anonymous message with a remote meeting location and a warning to come alone. What happens after they arrive depends on who they bring and which encounter behavior is selected.

## How It Works

During each configured selection interval, the server chooses an eligible online player and sends a mystery message through W-Labs Tablet, yseries, or LB-Phone. The message includes a GPS action or shared location leading to one of the configured meeting locations.

If the player arrives alone, a killer and van are waiting. The killer may appear friendly, spring an ambush, run for the van when attacked, or attack immediately. Depending on how the encounter develops, the killer can pursue the player on foot or chase them in the van before escalating to a firearm.

If the player brings company, eligible players involved are marked. Jobs listed in `Config.ExcludedJobs` are not marked, but those players still count as company. Each marked player is handled separately later: when that player is on foot and away from other on-foot players, a killer can appear and attack. These retaliation encounters do not spawn a van.

Players who kill the attacker can search the body for configured rewards. Solo encounters can also award keys to the killer's van and optionally allow the van to be searched for a second loot pool.

## Features

* W-Labs Tablet mail/SMS, yseries mail, and LB-Phone SMS support.
* GPS actions or native location sharing with the invitation.
* Configurable job exclusions, with an optional on-duty-only rule.
* Custom proximity dialogue with multiple randomized encounter twists.
* Melee combat, vehicle pursuit, firearm escalation, escape, and killer departure behavior.
* Consequences for bringing other players after being told to come alone.
* Individual retaliation encounters for marked players once they are isolated on foot.
* Searchable attackers with configurable body loot.
* Cancellable body and van searches with animations and ox\_lib progress bars.
* Automatic facing before searching, with van doors left open afterward.
* Optional van keys and a separate searchable-vehicle loot pool.
* Automatic Qbox, QB-Core, ESX, inventory, and vehicle-key bridges.
* Server validation for arrivals, targets, kills, loot, and vehicle searches.
* Editable phone, progress-bar, inventory, and vehicle-key integrations, plus locales.
* Restricted `/killer <server id>` testing command when debug mode is enabled.

## Requirements

Required:

* `ox_lib`

* `wlabs-tablet`, `yseries`, `lb-phone`, or a configured custom phone bridge

Supported frameworks:

* Qbox (`qbx_core`)
* QB-Core (`qb-core`)
